GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
QUOTES
All quotes are only an approximate estimation of services to be rendered. All quotes are subject to information provided by you the client being accurate, true & correct at the time of enquiry. Additional charges may still apply as deemed necessary once onsite.
BOOKINGS
Once a quote has been accepted, Management will make contact via email or phone (or similar) client to confirm booking details etc. Once you have replied back to us, stating directly or implying that you want to proceed, it is then deemed that the booking has been accepted by you. We will then require payment for services to be rendered.
During the booking stage we will endeavour to clarify information for the accuracy of the delivery of services. Management reserves the right to charge additionally & appropriately in the cases even after booking is confirmed. Additional charges may apply once on site & Management deems that we require extra staff, equipment or time to deliver services properly in accordance with either OH &S and/or to carry out your booking successfully as promised. (ie, no power source for bouncy castle or number of kids attending is incorrect say from 30 to actually 40).
PAYMENT
Payments can be made either prior to or on the day of event via cash or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). To guarantee delivery of services you may be required to pay a 50% deposit (non refundable) prior to date of booking. The remaining 50% balance payment is to be received on the day of booking. Corporate Bookings are subject to the same terms & conditions, unless prior arrangement has been organsied with Management beforehand.
TRAVEL FEE
Additional travel fee of $0.75/km may apply if travel is required outside Perth Metro Area (20km radius from CBD). If required in the country a seperate time & travel quote will be given in addition to normal travel fee & booking quote, subject to Management's discretion. Please contact us with details.
CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS
If a client cancels booking with less than 14 days notice any deposit paid will be retained as compensation for inconvenience, rescheduling issues, staffing costs & loss of earning. Cancellations will only be accepted if both parties agree to cancel booking & have come to a mutual decision due to unforeseen circumstances & inclement weather or risk to injury or damage to staff or equipment.
Management reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time or remove staff or equipment from an event that may be deemed unsafe, unreasonable or inappropriate that may cause discomfort, injury or damage to staff or equipment. (ie bad weather, unmovable barriers, drunks, obsecene language etc). The client will only be refunded pro rata for the unused portion of time promised & not the time already lapsed with staff or equipment already being present there. (ie Booking originally 4hrs - Management cancels staff 1hr early; Client refund= 1hr).
Management reserves the right to be compensated appropriately for the retail value of any damage occuring to equipment & any loss of earnings to the equipment being unsafe or unusable. If injury has occured to staff, the appropriate legal measures will be sought.
Once a booking has been completed no refund will be given. Refunds are at Management's discretion at all times & a remedy will be sought immediately to rectify any grievances or disputes. Then, only then if it cannot be resolved a letter is to be written & received within 14 days for further action to be taken by Management.
DISCLAIMER / LIABILTY
By proceeding with the booking, you the client agree to do so at your own risk. You also agree not to litigate or hold the organisation or individual liable for any mishap, injury, accident or any unforeseen circumstances that may occur directly or indirectly as a result of interacting with any persons or using products or hire equipment either on the day of the booking or anytime there after. Management reserves the right not to be held accountable for the above & the client is required to do their own due diligence prior to proceeding with the activities fore mentioned.
